Cannot login or Retrieve Username/Password
 |
| |
IMPORTANT: Before creating another, duplicate account keep in mind that an invalid email address will not relay information between the system and you. You will not get update messages and you will not be able to retrieve your password. Also, remember that usernames and passwords are entered exactly the way you type them in so if you capitalize a letter, you need to enter it that way. Creating duplicates will split your history and cause your credit transcripts to be incomplete. Be careful!
- Did you know that you have the same login and password for all Health Sciences programs?
- Your Email address = Username.
- The username and password you are looking for can be an older or non-current email address and password that you only use once or twice a year to complete training or fill in forms. It is generally not the username and password you would use to access you other systems or login to your PC.
- Some of the older email addresses contained “msx” in the address. For example, yourloginname@msx.upmc.edu. This is a common mistake. Passwords were also automatically generated with the first two letters of your last name and the last 4 digits of your social security number. For example, for the name Smith it would be “sm0000” as a password
